病灶大小≤2cm，局限于外阴或会阴，并且间质浸润≤1.0mma，且无淋巴结转移
ⅠB
Lesions＞2cminsizeorwithstromalinvasion1.0mma,confinedtothevulvaorperineum,withnegativenodes
病变大小＞2cm或间质浸润深度＞1.0mm，且病变局限于外阴或会阴，且淋巴结阴性
Ⅱ
Tumorofanysizewithextensiontoadjacentperinealstructures(lowerthirdofurethra,lowerthirdofvagina,anus)withnegativenodes
任何大小的肿瘤伴有临近的会阴结构侵犯（尿道下1/3、阴道下1/3、肛门）且淋巴结阴性
Ⅲ
Tumorofanysizewithorwithoutextensiontoadjacentperinealstructures(lowerthirdofurethra,lowerthirdofvagina,anus)withpositiveinguinofemoralnodes
任何大小的肿瘤伴或不伴临近的会阴结构侵犯（尿道下1/3、阴道下1/3、肛门）且腹股沟淋巴结阳性。

2.With1–2lymphnodemetastasis(es)(5mm)
1.1个淋巴结转移（≥5mm），或

2.腹股沟淋巴结固定或溃疡形成
